1. Warranty coverage
RadianWorks warrants to the original business purchaser that, for 12 months from delivery, its products will materially conform to the specification agreed in writing and be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Delivery has the meaning given in the applicable contract. Unless otherwise agreed, products are supplied EXW the named UK collection location, Incoterms® 2020.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or failure to the extent caused by:
- Misuse, neglect or accidental damage after risk has passed to the purchaser.
- Installation, handling, storage or maintenance contrary to supplied or agreed instructions.
- Operation outside the product’s rated or agreed electrical, mechanical or environmental limits.
- Bending below the applicable minimum bend radius, excessive connector torque or unsuitable mating interfaces.
- Unauthorised modification or repair.
- Normal wear and tear.
3. Making a claim
Notify RadianWorks promptly after discovering a suspected defect by emailing sales@radianworks.com.
Please provide the order or invoice reference, product identification, a description of the issue and relevant photographs or test results where available.
Do not return products until we have provided return authorisation and instructions. Returned products must be suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit.
4. Assessment and remedy
We will assess the reported issue and may request reasonable additional information or return of the affected product.
For a verified warranty defect, RadianWorks will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the affected product within a reasonable period.
We will bear reasonable agreed return and redelivery costs for a valid warranty claim. Any charge for investigating an issue outside warranty coverage must be agreed with the purchaser before chargeable work proceeds.
5. Repaired or replacement products
Repaired or replacement products are covered for the remaining original warranty period or three months from redelivery, whichever is longer.
6. Relationship with contractual and statutory rights
This warranty applies to business purchases and forms part of the applicable supply contract. Any expressly agreed order-specific warranty provisions take precedence.
Liability is governed by the applicable contract, subject to law. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Expiry of this warranty does not itself extinguish a separate legal claim that remains available under applicable law.
